Get some Headspace.

Headspace is an app that has been developed for people to create a clear mind, by just taking 10 minutes of your busy day. The app starts as a trial version of 10 sessions. These sessions take 10 minutes each. During these sessions, a soothing manly voice takes you through a couple of exercise you can use to clear your mind.

These exercises focus on breathing and concentration. Connecting with yourself by taking a moment to ‘breath’.

I think that this is a great app. When people find the time to take a moment to them selves, it can advance concentration during the day. Which results in being more relaxed.
